First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a comprehensive health management platform for people with early-stage Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic (CKM) syndrome. The platform includes health screening, personalized diet and exercise plans, and regular follow-up. Researchers will enroll 150 participants to see if the platform improves health measures like blood pressure, kidney function, and quality of life over two years.

What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

Comprehensive Health Management Platform (behavioural intervention: screening, assessment, personalized diet and exercise prescriptions, and follow-up)

What this could lead to

If successful, this platform could provide a practical way to manage early CKM syndrome, potentially slowing disease progression and improving quality of life.

What could go wrong

This is a small, early-stage trial (150 participants) testing a behavioural intervention, not a drug. Results may not apply to everyone, and the platform may not lead to significant health improvements.
