This study looks at whether blood pressure changes during a routine exercise test can signal stiff arteries in people with Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic (CKM) syndrome. Researchers will measure blood pressure before and after exercise and use ultrasound to check aortic stiffness in 80 adults with CKM syndrome.
