Could umbilical cord stem cells help repair damaged kidneys?

Summary
This study tests a new treatment called AdiaVita, made from umbilical cord stem cells and glutathione, for people with chronic kidney disease (CKD). About 100 adults with stage 2 to 4 CKD will receive monthly IV infusions and a daily skin spray for three months. Researchers will check if the treatment safely improves kidney function compared to placebo.
