Summary
This study is a large registry that will follow about 1,927 people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) to collect information on their health, treatments, and outcomes. The goal is to understand how CKD progresses, identify risk factors, and see how well current treatments match guidelines. No new drugs or treatments are being tested—this is purely an observation and data-gathering effort.
