Summary
This study is creating a large database of 5,000 people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) to learn more about how the disease progresses and how it is currently treated. Researchers will collect information on patient health, treatments, and outcomes like kidney failure or heart problems. The goal is to identify gaps in care and build a model to predict which patients are at higher risk for worsening disease.
