First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study compares how well two FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccines (Novavax and Pfizer-BioNTech) trigger the immune system and their side effects. About 54 healthy adults aged 18-79 with certain risk factors will receive one of the vaccines and be followed over time. The goal is to see which vaccine provides stronger and broader protection against current and past virus variants.
