Summary
This study will follow 3,000 adults with cirrhosis or who have had a liver transplant at a French hospital. Researchers will collect health data and samples over time to understand how the disease progresses, what complications arise, and how to improve care. No new treatments are being tested; the goal is to learn from real-world patient experiences.
