Summary
This study looks at tiny pieces of RNA in the blood of 200 adults hospitalized with acute congestive heart failure. Researchers want to see if these RNA levels change as patients receive treatment to remove excess fluid, and whether they can help predict who will improve. The goal is to better understand heart failure and find new markers to guide therapy.
