This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can help people with schizophrenia spectrum disorder quit or reduce smoking. Fifty participants will receive active rTMS using either an F8 coil or an H coil. Researchers will track changes in cigarette use, nicotine dependence, and brain connectivity to see if the treatment works.
