Summary
This study looked at whether circuit training can improve heart and lung fitness in men recovering from multiple drug addictions. Sixty male participants, aged 18 to 60, were split into two groups to compare the effects of the exercise program. The goal was to see if this type of training could help improve their physical health and cognitive function during recovery.
