Summary

This study looked at how a mix of home and on-site exercise sessions affects the body in people with chronic respiratory diseases like COPD and sleep apnea, as well as those recovering from COVID-19. 72 adults aged 30-85 took part in 18 tailored exercise sessions. The goal was to see if this program helps reduce muscle loss and fatigue. The study did not test a treatment or cure, but aimed to gather knowledge on exercise responses.
