New brain sensor tested during tumor removal

Summary

This study tests a new device called CIPHER that helps surgeons map brain activity during tumor removal. Ten adults with newly diagnosed glioma will have the device used on their tumor and surrounding brain tissue during standard surgery. The main goals are to see if the device is safe and if it can record brain signals properly. Participants will be followed for six weeks after surgery.
