NCT ID NCT07432178

First seen Mar 17, 2026 · Last updated Jun 02, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests if a targeted drug (dalpiciclib) combined with hormone therapy can replace chemotherapy for women with small but high-risk ER-positive breast cancer. About 2,288 participants will either receive the new drug combo or standard chemo followed by hormone therapy. The goal is to see if skipping chemo is just as effective at preventing cancer return while avoiding harsh side effects.
