First seen Jan 31, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study compares two rehabilitation methods—Constraint-Induced Movement Therapy and Bilateral Training—both combined with electrical stimulation, to see which better reduces wrist stiffness and improves hand function in people who had a stroke at least six months ago. About 112 adults aged 18-65 with mild to moderate spasticity will participate in 8 weeks of therapy. The results will help therapists choose the best approach for recovery.
