First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tests a cell therapy called cilta-cel for people with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. Researchers want to see if using a different chemotherapy before the infusion can make the treatment work better and cause fewer side effects. About 60 participants will be enrolled to measure how many achieve a deep remission with no detectable cancer cells.
