Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental oral drug called CID-078 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety and find the best dose. About 220 adults with cancers like lung, breast, or neuroendocrine tumors will take part. This is a first step to see if the drug can help control tumor growth.
