Can a food coach help tame high blood pressure?

Summary
This study is testing if adding nutrition education to an existing high blood pressure support program helps people eat healthier and better control their blood pressure. It involves 60 adults with high blood pressure who also struggle to afford healthy food. Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the standard blood pressure coaching or the standard coaching plus four months of personalized nutrition guidance from a community health worker.
