First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a community health worker-led lifestyle program to remote blood pressure monitoring helps women who had high blood pressure during pregnancy. About 240 women will be followed for 6 months after delivery to see if the extra coaching improves blood pressure control, heart health, and well-being. The goal is to find a better way to reduce future heart disease risk.
