First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study trains church members to become community health workers who help other Latino(a)s manage diabetes or reduce their risk. The program uses an online platform to track progress and improve access to healthcare. About 400 Spanish-speaking adults will take part, focusing on education and support rather than a medical treatment.
