Heart patients: when is the best time for stent placement before other surgery?

Summary
This study looks at 140 heart disease patients who also need a non-emergency surgery. Half will get a heart artery-opening procedure (PCI) before their surgery, and half will have it after. The goal is to see which timing leads to fewer heart attacks, deaths, or repeat procedures within 180 days.
