Summary

This study looks at whether matching meal times to your body's natural clock (chrono-nutrition) can help people who have had weight-loss surgery keep the weight off and improve their health. About 246 adults who had sleeve gastrectomy at least six months ago will either get standard dietary advice or a personalized eating schedule based on their sleep-wake type. Researchers will track weight, blood sugar, gut bacteria, and sleep patterns to see if this timing approach makes a difference.
