Leg exercises may boost circulation and cut wound risk in seniors

Summary

This study tests three types of leg exercises (leg press, vibration, or mixed) to see which best improves blood flow and walking ability in older adults with poor circulation or chronic wounds. 425 participants will exercise 3 times a week for 12 weeks. The goal is to find a safe, effective way to boost circulation without medication side effects.
