Summary

This study aimed to understand the connections between what people with chronic pain believe about their pain, their spiritual well-being, and their attitudes toward complementary and alternative medicine (like acupuncture or herbal remedies). Researchers surveyed 116 adults with chronic pain from a rehabilitation clinic using questionnaires. The goal was to gather information to help doctors develop more holistic, patient-centered approaches to pain management.
