Summary
This study will test a program called Functional Restoration (FORT) to help active-duty military personnel manage chronic musculoskeletal pain. The program will be rolled out at six military treatment facilities, and researchers will see how well it works and what helps or hinders its use. About 480 participants will take part, and the main goal is to reduce pain's impact on daily life.
