Summary
This study aims to collect real-world information on how chronic kidney disease (CKD) is managed in China and what happens to patients over time. It will follow 3,000 adults with CKD for nearly two years, observing their treatments and health outcomes. The goal is to better understand which treatments work best in everyday practice and how heart and kidney health are connected.
