Summary
This study tests a program called CHORUS+ that helps people who inject opioids quickly get HIV prevention medication (PrEP) and addiction treatment (MOUD). Participants receive HIV self-test kits, rapid prescriptions, and 6 months of peer coaching. The goal is to see if this approach increases use of these life-saving medications compared to standard care.
