Summary
This study will use advanced eye scans (OCT and OCTA) to compare the structure and blood flow of the choroid and retina in people with two main types of glaucoma: primary angle-closure disease and primary open-angle glaucoma. Researchers aim to better understand how these conditions damage the eye, which could lead to improved diagnosis or treatment. The study will enroll 132 participants, including healthy controls and patients diagnosed with glaucoma.
