Massive italian study tracks Real-Life use of new cholesterol shot
NCT ID NCT06287177
Summary
This study aims to see how well patients in Italy stick with and respond to a cholesterol-lowering injection called inclisiran in everyday life, outside of a controlled clinical trial. It will enroll 3000 adults already receiving the treatment to track if they get their shots on schedule and how much their 'bad' cholesterol (LDL) decreases. The goal is to understand the real-world effectiveness and patient experience of this long-term therapy.
