First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called CHO-H01, alone or with lenalidomide, in people with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatments. The trial has two parts: first, finding a safe dose of CHO-H01 alone; second, testing the combination in low-grade lymphoma. Up to 37 participants will be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- CHO-H01 (an experimental drug) and lenalidomide
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could offer a new treatment option for people with hard-to-treat non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has not responded to other therapies.
- What could go wrong
- This is an early-phase trial with only 37 participants, so results may not apply broadly. The drug may cause side effects or fail to shrink tumors.
