Summary

This study is testing if washing with a mild antiseptic solution after a bowel movement can help prevent future bladder infections. It involves 136 post-menopausal women who keep getting infections despite using standard vaginal estrogen therapy. Participants will be randomly assigned to use either the antiseptic wash or plain water for up to six months to see which group gets fewer infections.
