Summary
This study looks at the best time to remove the gallbladder in people with severe pancreatitis caused by gallstones. Researchers will compare having surgery during the hospital stay versus waiting about a month after recovery. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer major complications. The trial will enroll 134 adults.
