Summary
This study is testing whether adding a specific Chinese herbal formula to standard ovulation therapy helps more women with diminished ovarian reserve get pregnant naturally. It will compare pregnancy rates between women receiving the combined treatment and those receiving standard care plus a placebo. The trial will enroll 320 women aged 22-39 who have been trying to conceive for at least a year.
