Summary

This study is testing a Chinese herbal cream (with 1% menthol) to see if it can temporarily relieve pain and itching on the chest after breast cancer radiotherapy. Forty women who have had a mastectomy and will receive radiation are being recruited. The cream is applied twice daily to the treated skin area.
