Summary

This study tests a program to prevent childhood obesity in families with infants who are at higher risk. About 526 families with a child aged 6 months to 3 years and at least one parent with overweight will take part. The program includes group sessions on healthy eating, physical activity, and sleep, and is compared to usual care. The goal is to see if it helps children maintain a healthy weight over 18 months.
