Global race to save kids from Leukemia's return
NCT ID NCT03590171
Summary
This international study aims to improve treatment for children and adolescents whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has returned after initial therapy and is considered high-risk. The trial will test whether adding the drug bortezomib to standard chemotherapy helps more patients achieve a second remission and improves survival. It will enroll up to 250 participants under 18 years old across multiple countries.
