Summary
This study is testing a new step-by-step guide and digital tool to help health workers at local clinics and hospitals in Mozambique and Zambia better identify and treat tuberculosis (TB) in children. It aims to see if this tool helps find more TB cases and leads to faster, more accurate treatment decisions compared to current methods. The trial involves over 30,000 children under 15 who visit participating health facilities.
