NCT ID NCT07302295

Summary

This study aims to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic and its social restrictions affected suicidal thoughts and behaviors in children and teenagers. Researchers will examine the medical records and interview a sample of about 6,500 young people aged 8 to 18 in France who were treated for suicidal behavior. The goal is to identify the specific psychological, social, and economic factors linked to this crisis period to inform better future support.
