Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a new drug called CHF6467, given as a nasal spray, is safe and tolerable in 68 healthy adults aged 18 to 55. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves in the blood and spinal fluid, and whether the body makes antibodies against it. The study involves single and repeated doses over up to 11 days, with close monitoring for side effects.
