Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called CHF6467, given as a nasal spray, in 68 healthy adults. The main goal is to see if it is safe and how the body handles it, including measuring drug levels in blood and spinal fluid. Participants will receive either single or multiple doses and be closely monitored for side effects. This study does not aim to treat any disease.
