Asthma drug levels tested in teens: will it work the same as in adults?

NCT ID NCT06900816

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at how much of the asthma drug CHF 6001 gets into the blood of teenagers compared to adults after a single inhaled dose. Fifty people with asthma took part, including teens aged 12 to 17 and adults up to 75 years old. The goal was to see if the drug behaves similarly in both groups, which could help guide future dosing for younger patients.
