Summary
This study is testing whether eating chestnuts affects how the body handles sugar after a meal. Fifteen healthy adults will eat chestnuts and have their blood sugar and insulin levels measured. The goal is to gather basic information on chestnuts' health effects to see if they could be part of future dietary recommendations.
