Major surgery for tough breast cancer cases: does it help patients live better?

Summary
This study aims to understand if a major surgery to remove breast cancer that has grown into the chest wall improves patients' quality of life and controls the disease. It will follow 104 patients who undergo this surgery, tracking their pain, daily function, and whether the cancer returns. The goal is to gather better evidence to help doctors and patients make informed treatment decisions for this challenging situation.
