First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study compares two ways to rebuild the chest wall after removing a tumor: using twisted steel wires or bone cement. The goal is to see which method causes less pain, fewer complications, and is more cost-effective. About 50 adults needing this surgery will take part, and results will help doctors choose the best option, especially in low-resource settings.
