Summary
This study compares two materials used to rebuild the chest wall after surgery to remove tumors. Doctors in Pakistan will see if using twisted steel wires works as well as or better than traditional bone cement. They will look at patient pain, breathing ability, complications, and cost over two years to find the best option for hospitals with limited resources.
