Could this chest patch replace the blood pressure cuff?
NCT ID NCT07240831
Summary
This study aims to test how accurate a new chest-worn patch is at measuring blood pressure compared to the standard arm-cuff monitor. About 600 adults who are already scheduled for a 24-hour blood pressure test will wear both devices at the same time for a day. Researchers will compare the readings to see if the comfortable, cuffless patch is as reliable as the traditional method.
