Summary
This study tested whether taking a Montmorency cherry supplement could help improve sleep and reduce body-wide inflammation. It involved 34 adults who had trouble sleeping and a higher body weight. Participants took the supplement while tracking their sleep with a Fitbit and having their blood tested for markers of inflammation.
