Summary

This study looked at whether drinking Montmorency tart cherry juice can improve sleep and lower inflammation in adults who have trouble sleeping. Thirty-four participants with sleep issues and a higher body mass index took part. Researchers measured sleep time, sleep quality, and levels of inflammatory markers in the blood. The goal was to see if a simple dietary addition could help with both sleep and inflammation.
