Scientists probe why chemo makes exercise so hard
NCT ID NCT07069790
Summary
This study aims to understand why breast cancer patients often struggle with exercise after chemotherapy. Researchers will compare 24 women who recently finished chemo with 24 healthy women, measuring how their hearts and nerves respond to gentle leg movements and blood pressure changes. The goal is to gather information that could later help design personalized exercise programs to reduce treatment side effects and improve recovery.
