New chemo combo aims to stop sarcoma spread

Summary
This study looks at whether adding 4 cycles of chemotherapy around the time of surgery can help prevent the spread of soft tissue sarcoma in people at high risk. About 600 adults with resectable tumors will be screened, and 250 high-risk patients will be randomly assigned to standard surgery (with or without radiation) or standard surgery plus chemo. The main goal is to see if the extra chemo improves how long people live without the cancer spreading.
