Summary
This study will follow 6,000 adults in China who have both coronary heart disease and a leaky heart valve (ischemic mitral regurgitation). Researchers will collect medical data and track patients for 2 years to see how they are treated and how their health changes. The goal is to learn more about the disease and improve future care.
