Summary

This study is testing whether adding a ChatGPT-powered chatbot to a text message program helps people quit smoking better. Researchers will enroll 150 U.S. adults who currently smoke and are willing to receive daily text messages for 30 days. The goal is to see if the AI chatbot makes the quitting support more engaging and effective compared to the standard text program alone.
