Robot or human? study tests AI chatbot for cancer genetics advice

Summary
This study is testing a new way to provide education about genetic cancer risk. Researchers want to see if using an AI chatbot for pre-test counseling is as effective as a video call with a human genetic counselor at getting people to complete genetic testing. They are enrolling 96 people at high risk for hereditary cancers to compare the two methods.
