Summary

This study tests a chatbot-based program designed to improve the mental well-being of parents and caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The program uses positive psychology exercises to help reduce stress, depressive symptoms, and improve quality of life. Researchers will enroll 130 caregivers and randomly assign them to either use the chatbot or receive standard information. The goal is to see if this digital tool can provide accessible, around-the-clock support for caregivers who often face high levels of stress.
